two weeks ago, my old credit card - the first one i ever had, with an apr of 28%(!) - credited me $1.33 for back interest. my balance had been zero on it for over a year. so my balance on this was -$1.33, and i wondered what to do. i figured it was safe to err on the side of having a zero balance, so i transferred the $1.33 over to my checking account - and then was hit with a $10 transaction...
